Our facility consists of three distinct systems, which we refer to as ‘reefs.’ These reefs are meticulously maintained at a minimum temperature of 80.6°F and undergo daily inspections. They are 100% fish free. To ensure these temperature conditions are consistently met, we have installed an Inkbird temperature control system in each, each equipped with two heaters. All snails and crabs are kept for a minimum of 6 weeks to ensure they are disease free.
Our shrimp are housed in segmented enclosures, facilitating easy identification of molting individuals. After molting, we observe a minimum waiting period of three days to allow the new exoskeleton to harden. Subsequently, these shrimp are added to our available inventory for sale.
